Hear from gu...est speaker Issam Nabulsi, Director of Desypher, a Melbourne-based design office that aims to utilise the medium of architecture as a means of building cohesion within communities. 07.01.2022 Congratulations to Friends of Shepparton Art Museum for bringing Isaam Nabulsi, the architect of the Islamic Museum of Australia, to Shepparton. He delivered a ...thought-provoking talk about the history of Islamic architecture and how changing needs should guide the modern version. He believes in an inviting, friendly and community-based approach to contemporary Islamic architecture, which was successfully incorporated in the IMA project. Isaam is a director of DESYPHER, a Melbourne-based design office that aims to utilise architecture as a way of building cohesion within communities. See more
