From Me 2 U originated from me wanting to provide a luxe gifting service for cancer warriors, providing products that were of quality but also useful on the shitful journey that Cancer is. I never imagined the grazing side of the business would take off like it has, I’m extremely grateful as I love creating the gorgeous platters, but the backbone is the cancer boxes! 16.01.2022 Thought today was a fitting time to say thank you to you all for supporting my new business which I launched in June right in the middle of a covid pandemic! I took a chance and jumped straight in and was so overwhelmed with the support from you all. I’m almost 5 months into it and I am still pinching myself to be honest. She was diagnosed in August last year with stage 4 cervical cancer that has spread to the kidney and rectum. 02.01.2022 A year ago today I had my mastectomy surgery to cut off my breasts. The things that had caused me so much pain and grief were finally going. This photo was after my surgery you seriously wouldn’t have known what I had been through by looking at this... the drugs were amazing till they wore off. I wasn’t prepared for the pain nor was I prepared for any of it, all I knew is it had to be done! Recovery was hard and at times unbearable, but I kept reminding myself I was one step ...closer to the nightmare being over. Today is a somber day for me, as I really don’t like reliving the memories, but hope this post provides some sort of comfort to those who are battling now.
