This was sooooo yummy and simple to make!!! 1 banana mashed 1 egg 1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries ... 1 TBSP of Sunfibre powder or you could use a packet of JP complete powder 1 TBSP organic raw honey 1 TSP organic coconut oil Place mashed banana, the egg, berries and powder in a bowl and mix well. Heat the coconut oil on a medium heat and place mixture in pan. Cook both sides for 2-3 mins until cooked through and brown.
