23.01.2022 It was a fantastic day at the gallery today with lots of familiar faces popping in to see it before it closes... It feels wonderful to be so beautifully supported by friends.. Thank you all.. But I've talked so much today, I think I need a glass of wine to soothe my throat lol..

23.01.2022 I'm thrilled to announce that I have been chosen as featured artist and Chapter 4 of From Fractured to Fairytale will be on display at Blue Fringe Arts this year. I'm so excited. Go on over to their page and see what's coming up. Give their page a like while you're at it.. And if you are an artist who has a lived experience of mental illness, why don't you consider entering this year.. It's always a fantastic exhibition.

15.01.2022 From Fractured to Fairytale is one little girl's journey to overcome trauma and be a victor instead of a victim... Showing at Chrissie Cotter Gallery, Camperdown, NSW from 5th - 15th March 2020 (Many thanks to Nick from Filmclass Pictures for the video... )

15.01.2022 Another great day with people coming through today.. but as of 1pm tomorrow afternoon, it's all over.. until it hits the road for some new adventures. There's already been interest to show it elsewhere, so am working solidly on all of that right now. I hope if you haven't got around to seeing it, that you can make it between 10-1 tomorrow (Monday).. and if you've seen it and want to see it again, come on out.

14.01.2022 I'm absolutely thrilled to pieces to let you know that From Fractured to Fairytale has been accepted at Chrissie Cotter Gallery in Camperdown, Sydney. The Chrissie Cotter Gallery is the most amazing gallery space and I am so honored to have been accepted into it. Dates to be advised, so stay tuned.

13.01.2022 Some of you may wonder why I chose to close the show on a Monday afternoon. It does seem odd. I opened the exhibition on the 1st May which is the day my beautiful daughter was born. It is closing today on the 27th May as that is the day she gained her angel wings. Every clock in the exhibition is set at 27 past 5 as that is the date our lives changed forever. But life does go on and I know my beautiful Aimee would want it to be that way.. I could say thank you to everyone who supported, sent wishes and came through but instead, I'll leave you with the words of my angel daughter.. Thanks for listening xxx Until the next edition......................

13.01.2022 The soft cover books are still available to purchase. This is a sneak preview of some of the pages.. They are $50 each plus $5 P&H through me.

04.01.2022 I've had a bit of time off since the exhibition and went with my sons and their families to Queensland for a holiday. On my return home, I found this certificate in the mail. It was what was mentioned in State Parliament, read by our State Member, Trish Doyle MP who spoke at the opening of the exhibition and has been a supporter all along. As I'm sure you can imagine, I was quite teary when I read it but so very proud. We need to remind ourselves that there are good people out there, still fighting for the people.. Thank you Trish.

03.01.2022 I spoke at Women of Words at the Eco Mountain - Blue Mountains Sustain Cafe in Lawson on Friday night. It was run by Springwood Neighbourhood Centre Cooperative Ltd and was a brilliant night. I laughed, I cried and I felt every emotion in between. The speakers were incredibly resilient women with beautiful souls that shone through. Thank you so much to Imelda and Louise for organising such an inspirational evening.. and thank you to Liz for videoing it for me.. Here is my little bit. Sorry for the rushed talking but I was nervous and I still went longer than I should have.. lol.

01.01.2022 Every good book has an ending and this one ends here at Wild Valley Art Park this coming Monday 27th May. We are open from 10-4 today, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.. After that, the cover closes and you'll have missed out.
