24.01.2022 So i have been very quiet on this page for the past few months, our family has made some huge changes but life has finally started to settle down again. One thing that didn't change was these little magic beans that we still take each and every day. Its great to know we all flood our bodies with over 30 different fruit, vege and berries before we even leave the house each morning.

04.01.2022 Our next 8 week shred starts from the 14th July.
