14.01.2022 I am so PROUD to have my project included in the Accidental Aid Worker newsletter by Sue Liu. This woman is a great teacher and has brought happiness to so many families in Sri Lanka and Cambodia. If you are stuck for Christmas present ideas, check out the Candles for Community. All proceeds will be going towards helping children in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Cambodia.

Some time ago, each and every time I stepped foot into Dillions Norwood Bookshop I would stare at a book called 'Accidental Aid Worker'. I was so drawn to it and I knew I had to buy it. So I did and I was immediately touched by Sue's charm and warm generosity as she created a successful campaign and volunteered in Sri Lanka after the tsunami. In her memoir she shares her compassion for helping others, her love of travel and adventure and the importance of being genuine and true to oneself when searching for your direction. She is a true inspiration to me Xx
