21.01.2022 Hi Everyone, if anyone has Telstra NBN or ADSL there is a huge outage at the moment stopping ppl accessing a lot of websites. I have logged calls with Telstra and they are working on it but at this stage there is no eta. We have found if you use your mobile data on your phone most websites are working. But if you have any questions please give us a call.

16.01.2022 If anyone is having issues with either receiving email or sending emails with Bigpond accounts you are not alone. Telstra is having a huge issue at the moment and it is causing customers to have these issues. not sure on an ETA at the moment.

04.01.2022 Well you can never say you have seen it all. Today while onsite I took a computer of a clients outside to give it a clean and their dog came over and marked its territory on the tower while I was getting tools out of my car. Luck for the client it didn't go into the computer.

02.01.2022 Hi everybody. Hope you have all had a great week. This weekend is going to be a hot one so hope you're all staying cool. Just a friendly reminder, if you get calls from people advising you they are from Microsoft or other companies telling you that you have problems with your computers or internet, please ignore and don't pay them as it is a hoax. Also when searching for Microsoft please look at the links in google. Don't click on the ones that say ad under them as they are not Microsoft but companies trying to sell you support. Please don't trust them. If you have doubts about callers please give us a call.

02.01.2022 Just had a call from a Melbourne number advising me my phone line plan is dropping and they needed to confirm this with me as I am the business owner and a staff member gave this guy my number. When questioned the staff members name and what was the phone number he said he didn't write it down and didn't know the number and asked me to give him the details. I then advised him that I don't have staff that would not have done this and he argued with me until I said to him I didn't have staff he then ummmm for a bit then hung up. Please everyone if you get a call from a sus person in regards to your phones, internet or IT equipment please just hang up on them.

02.01.2022 Hi everyone just had one of my clients call me and tell me they had someone from NBN call them. Telling the client they are being hacked and they wanted to help getting it fixed. The client said thank you for the information and said they would get their IT person to fix it. With this the person from NBN said that the local person could not fix the problem and that they were the only ones to fix it. If this happens to you please say thank you for the information and hang up as this is a scam. As soon as they say that your IT person cannot fix it you know it is a scam. Just be careful.

01.01.2022 When we say we are here to support you 24/7 we really are. Had a phone call at 6am this morning from one of our clients with a broken computer. Got out there at 10 past 6 found the problem and had it fixed by 7 after taking the pc back to the office replacing the power supply in the computer and installing back onsite for the client to keep trading as usual. It’s just another day for us to help our clients with the best service possible.
