23.01.2022 Paleo Tabbouleh Serves 2-3 Ingredients: 1/4 Cup Sesame seeds... 1 Head Broccoli, broken into florets 2 x Carrots, cut roughly 1 white/red onion, finely chopped 3 x Tomatoes, finely chopped 1 x Bunch Parsley 1/4 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves Dressing: Shake to mix in screw top jar 3tbsp Olive Oil Juice of 1-1/2 Lemon Salt Method: 1- Put broccoli in a food processor until it has the same texture as rice and not mushy. Remove and place in a large bowl. Continue the same process with the carrots, parsley and mint. 2 - Place all vegetables into the bowl and mix. Dress with Lemon dressing when ready to serve.



22.01.2022 Sweet Potato Hash Serves 1 ( 3 Block Zone Meal) Ingredients: 100g Sweet Potato, grated... 50g Red Onion, thinly sliced 3 x Eggs 1/4tsp Garlic Powder 1/4tsp Smoked Paprika 1tsp Coconut Oil Salt and pepper to taste Method: 1- Heat oil in a pan on high. Brown the onion and add sweet potato until softened. Add Spices. 2 - Add Eggs on top of the hash and flip when egg is almost cooked through. 3 - Gently slide on to plate to serve.

21.01.2022 Lazy mans Thai-Style Slaw Serves 3-4 Method:... 1 x large packet of Asian salad mix or sliced cabbage mix (red/white cabbage, carrot, spring onion) 1 x big handful Fresh Coriander, chopped 1/4 packed Cup Fresh Mint, finely chopped 3-4 tbsp Sesame Seeds Dressing: 1/8 cup Olive Oil (good quality makes all the difference) Juice of 1 lemon Salt Stevia to taste ( pure powder/liquid or dissolve 1tsp Natvia in Water) 1tsp of Sesame Oil 2-3tsp Tamari Sauce 1/2tsp Ground coriander seeds ( optional) 1tsp of each of Turmeric ( amazing healing spice), Chilli Flakes, Crushed Garlic, Cumin Method: 1- Place Everything but the dressing in a bowl and mix. 2- In a small bowl or jar, mix up the dressing ( if using a jar you can get a well mixed dressing by popping the lid on and shaking it) 3- Drizzle on salad when ready for serving.

15.01.2022 Heres a little recipe to keep you warm and cozy as Winter kicks in Creamy Pumpkin and Cauliflower Mash Ingredients:... 1kg Butternut Pumpkin, cubed 1/2 a Cauliflower, broken into small pieces 2tbsp Butter Salt 1/2tsp Garlic powder Method: 1 - Place Pumpkin in a steamer on med-high until you can mash a couple of pieces in the steamer with a fork (10-15mins). Set aside. 2 - Continue in the same way with the Cauliflower until its soft. 3 - Place Pumpkin and 1/2 Butter either into a food blender (I used a smoothie blender which works great) or use a hand blender. Go until its like puree with no lumps then put aside. 4- Again, do the above step with the cauliflower. 5 - Pour both into a medium bowl and combine with salt and garlic. Enjoy

14.01.2022 Naughty and Nice Xmas Balls Makes 10-12 Balls Ingredients: 400g Fruit and Nut Mix... 1 Cup Roasted Peanuts (grind into butter using food processor) or 1/4Cup of Natural Peanut Butter 4tbsp Coconut Oil 1/2tsp of Powdered Stevia or 3tbps of Natvia dissolved in @natvianaturalsweetener 1tsp of Cinnamon Method: 1 - Set aside 8 or so bits of fruit from the mix for decoration. Grind down fruit and nut mix in food processor and pour into a med sized bowl and mix in 2tbps of Coconut oil. 2 - Blend Peanut butter and 2tbsp of the melted Coconut Oil in food processor or blender (consistency should look liquified but solid enough to sit on the puddings without dripping) 3 - Begin rolling fruit and nut mix into small balls and dollop peanut butter mix on top. Decorate with broken up pieces of dried fruit. 4 - Pop in fridge for top to solidify and remove when ready to serve.

Drain. 2 - Place pumpkin and remaining ingredients in food processor/blender until smooth and buttery. 3 - Enjoy your tummy warming Mash :-)

06.01.2022 Five Spice Roast Pumpkin Serves 4-5 as a side Ingredients: 500g Pumpkin, peeled and cubed (butternut is best)... 1-2tbsp Chinese Five Spice 1/2 tsp salt 1 Cup Boiled Water Pre-prep - Heat oven to 190-200C. Line baking tray with foil or baking paper. Method: 1 - In a bowl, pour boiling water over pumpkin and mix around to cover all pieces in water. Drain. 2 - In same bowl, cover with spice and salt. Pop in baking tray and cook for 40mins or until brown and crispy (I'm confident you'll know when looks tasty enough to eat straight from the tray) #Trainingnutritiontip - Great as an addition to your post training meal as it doesn't need fats so it will help with the uptake of your protein. It will also help calm your post-training cortisol spike.

Add a little extra Cocoa/cacao if you like it more chocolatey. Pop 1tsp of Coconut milk on top if desired. Be careful to not overcook! Enjoy :-)
