20.01.2022 I would like to welcome Nicki and her daughter Jordan to this mornings ICE session on Zoom which went off well. Nicki and her daughter are all the way from the UK joining in at 9:30pm UK time. It was a FUN session with a deck of cards with the trump cards being Jack of Spades & Queen of hearts? I think the girls will be feeling like they had a workout in the next 24hrs . Well done ladies you did very well. Unfortunately the video did not record so cant view it. If you want to join into the next ICE session for a great workout and some fun then will see you tomorrow morning at 6:30am AEST.

It has been a very long time since my last post and I have to say that over the past 4 years I have had a burning desire to get back to what I love, and that is helping people achieve there health & fitness goals, and you will find out what inspired me to return. 15.01.2022 Welcome to Transformation Tips Tuesday. Today I am going to give you my top 3 tips to focus on to start your transformation successfully and these will also help keep you on track to achieving your goals or your WHY. You must have a WHY - Why are you wanting this transformation? This is something that alot of people struggle with and just saying that you want to look good is not really a strong enough WHY!! Ill give you an example. I want to look good so that when I go do...wn the beach and take off my shirt,or dress, that people are going to look at me and go WOW they look good. Or it could be - I want to look good so when me and my partner are intimate then I know that it is going to be a good night (if you get my drift ). Whats your WHY?? Find the RIGHT PROGRAM - When starting out on your journey you want to have the right information and plan before you get going. There are many different ways to go about achieving your goal some are good and well then there are those other programs . Keep in mind that to achieve success it is not so much how long you train for at each workout, it is more having the right structure so you do not end up burning out or even worse getting an injury that may slow your progress and be with you for a very long time. Something I learnt a long time ago is MORE IS LESS & LESS IS MORE!! Work with this and you have a much better chance of success. Lucky last tip for this week is BE CONSISTENT - Well this one I even struggled with when I was starting out on my journey back to the fitness industry. If you could ask my coach (I am sure he was pulling his hair out, althogh he has a lot to pull out) that when he is coaching me one thng he kept drumming into me was that being consistent is the only way to achieve my WHY and that this is the most important part to a successful transformation. And honestly I have gotta say that even though I already knew this from working as a PT in gyms a few years back, once the consistency came then BOOM things really started to change. So there you have it, my top 3 tips for a successful transformation. Feel FREE to comment below or message me for a private chat and tell me yor WHY!! My why was that I want a hard chisled physique so that when I remove my shirt and go down the beach I am going to feel good about myself and people will notice.
