21.01.2022 We strange creatures curiously believe that our lives will magically change because we’re coming up to a certain date on the calendar. The division of time into years is a human invention, and fact is that every moment of everyday is another opportunity for resolution and growth. Funny that we’re so committed to a practice (and way of thinking) that produces almost zero lasting success. Transformation is about relentlessly committing to chasing what keeps you up at night, ...not a number on the calendar on the wall. #Word #KeepItReal #PayTheMan #TakeOwnership #Discipline #CommitToTheProcess #TimeToGetSerious #2020

17.01.2022 Too often people get caught up trying to be the best. Being the best is not a goal you can achieve in a day; trying to be the best gives you little clarity in your direction, and leans heavily on assumptions. Being ‘better’ is much different. Being ‘better’ is flexible. It can change as your life changes. Nothing will ever go to waste when the goal is to be better than you were yesterday. Strive to be better, everyday.... Make the change, DM me now. #FunctionalStrengthAndConditioning #FSC #BuildingBetterHumans #Experienced #Qualified #BreakingAverage #BeBetterEveryDay #PayTheMan
16.01.2022 Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT) What? A non-adequate amount of oxygen to the bodies tissues to be able to maintain homeostasis. Aka: putting the body in a ‘State of Hypoxia’ through an external environmental stress during training to provide a catalyst for adaptation.... Why? The adaptations help build resistance to the rise in CO2 levels that occur during oxygen deficits, as well as increasing the efficiency of your oxygen utilization in muscle cells. Being in a ‘State of Hypoxia’ triggers off a breathing reflex. The more you expose yourself to being in this Hypoxic State, ultimately the better adaptions you will gain at controlling this breathing reflex. GoPro
