14.01.2022 So here we all are!!! 2018 spinning around for yet another year. We are all striving to stay balanced in life. Life throws curve balls to all of us, in many ways shapes and forms. Some knock us for a moment longer than we would like and others give such joy and reward. I personally love watching my friends through this medium, seeing families grow, goals achieved and loves found. On the flip side we see loses, sadness shared and all of us reaching out with arms wide open embr...acing it all. Experience shows us that we do this all together, we help when we can and send a like or a love when we can. This is what Fundamental Health is created for, to help when we can and offer support where we can. From domestic violence sufferers to post natal depression, physical ailments that don't seem to shift and stress from high job demands. One day at a time, one step at a time.
