22.01.2022 New radios and upgrades occurring today on Biondello to improve speeds and service to customers. Customers on Biondello May have some interruptions as we transfer them to new radios and improve services.

20.01.2022 A reminder to our customers that on the 10th September from 6.30am there will be an outage on the NRG Stacks for the upgrade of electrical power equipment. This upgrade is expected to take most of the day and likely return back online by 4-5pm. For those customers that are on the NRG stacks as a connection, please plan for no internet (or voip service if you have a voip connection with us) during this day. You do not need to change or touch the router during this time - plea...se do not reset the router during this time. We will be providing updates on the day to let our customers know the progress and when services are likely to be restored. We apologise for the outage but it is required to improve power to the equipment and will be of benefit in the future.

16.01.2022 Dreamtilt would like to advise customers of the upcoming outage that will be occurring on September 10th for customers connected to the NRG stack tower. On September 10th there will be an outage for electrical upgrades and maintenance to occur which will cause the loss of internet and VoIP to these specific customers. The outage will occur between 6.30am and 5pm - although it is likely that the outage may be resolved earlier. Please be aware other customers will not be affect...ed. If you are affected please do not reset your router. Note this outage is also to improve ongoing outages of power to these radios. We will be providing further updates during the day to keep our customers updated of the progress. We apologise for the outage, however it is needed to improve our network reliability.



15.01.2022 Dreamtilt would like to advise that internet services will be affected between 8am and 10am on Saturday 4th August for 15-20min whilst our upstream fiber provider increases capacity to our connection. We will update as the upgrade process occurs and we apologise for the inconvenience, however require the outage for an urgent upgrade.

12.01.2022 Hi all our Dreamtilt customers. We hope you all have a fantastic Easter during these difficult times. We wish you all the best during theses holidays and hope you all stay safe and stay home (we got you covered with the internet ... ) :).

11.01.2022 A quick reminder to all of of our customers on the upgrades starting as of tomorrow. July 3rd and 4th will see upgrades occurring on the NRG stacks and customers connected to this tower location will experience loss of internet connection during the days. We will do our best to restore connections by the afternoon on Tuesday and complete all upgrades by end of Wednesday. On Saturday we will be upgrading a main radio connection that will affect customers on Biondello, One Tree... Hill and the Silos. Customers will have loss of internet connection during the day and we are hopeful to restore services to customers by the afternoon. During this time it is important to not reset your router as resetting the router will cause the settings on the router to be removed and will not be able to connect to the service once internet is restored. We will keep customers updated throughout the times we are upgrading the network.

11.01.2022 We are aware of an outage event on NRG at the moment. We are working to rectify. The issue is again the backhaul radio to the stacks. This radio is to be replaced with a higher capacity and more stable radio. We are trying to regain access and restart the current radio. We will keep you updated.

09.01.2022 Dreamtilt would like to advise customers that during July 3rd and 4th customers connected to NRG will have internet outages as we upgrade radio units on the stack. During this time internet and VoIP services will be unavailable. We intend to make outages as short as possible however customers should be prepared for outages for at least half the day. We will also advise that internet services will be affected on Saturday 7th July during the morning from 8am to 1pm as we replace the main backhaul to Mt Biondello to increase capacity this outage will affect customers on Mt Biondello, Silos, and One Tree Hill.



07.01.2022 A late reminder to our customers that between 7am and 12.30pm tomorrow services may be interrupted at times as we upgrade equipment on the NRG stacks. We will update during this time when we can. Only customers connected to NRG stacks will be affected.

04.01.2022 We are getting closer to finishing on NRG ... we are working on backhaul radios and alignments to get it better.

02.01.2022 Dreamtilt would like to advise that we will be performing a key upgrade today between 5pm and 7pm. This upgrade will double our current internet capacity for users, as well as increase our core network speeds and introduce further redundancy to make sure we are even more reliable. We expect that any outages will be brief during this time, and we will update customers as the upgrades occur.

02.01.2022 Dreamtilt would like to advise customers that an outage will occur on Friday 31st of May from 7.30am until 12.30pm whilst an upgrade occurs on radios on the NRG Stack tower. Only customers connected to NRG stack radios will be affected during this time. The upgrade is to replace existing backhaul radios and increase speed and capacity to customers that are connected via this tower location.... We apologise for any inconvenience and will issue updates during the day to let customers know of the progress.
