15.01.2022 Important information for tonights show Due to the rain forecast risk for tonight we have moved the show inside the QPT Foyer. We will have seats provided so please leave your picnic blankets at home. Are there still tickets available?... Sorry no. We are a full house. Do I need to print my ticket? No. If possible please have your ticket available on your phone for us to sight. Otherwise we are able to look up the name on your ticket booking. This allows us to reduce contact and paper usage. Will I get to choose my own seat or is it allocated? All seats have been allocated for this show and some bookings will be seated in small groups. If you booked your ticket as a group, you will be seated in that group booking. This is a required Covid safe regulation for the event and we ask for your understanding in this matter. When to arrive? Gates open at 6:15pm. Please try and arrive at 6:15pm to allow us enough time to seat everyone in their allocated seats before the show. Show starts at 7pm sharp. How do I get seated? When you arrive please make your way to the QPT Foyer. Your tickets and name will then be checked off at the door. We encourage you to grab any drinks from the bar first and then you will be ushered to your allocated seat. We ask that you please remain patient in this process as we have strict Covid safe seating regulations we must follow and this may result in longer than expected waiting times to be seated. Please ensure you social distance whilst lining up to be seated. How will the bar work? Once you have been seated you will still be able to go to the bar before the show, at intermission and after the show. You will not be able to go to the bar during the show. In efforts to help reduce crowding in the bar area, we suggest shouting a drink for a mate, buying in rounds and taking your drinks back to your seat or just outside the Foyer in the undercover area. Where are the toilets? Toilets are located near the bar, inside the QPT Foyer. Can I BYO? Food yes. Drinks No. Stay Covid Safe! Being Covid safe is a shared responsibility. We want you to enjoy the event and stay safe. Please follow Covid safe practices when attending. - Stay home if unwell - Maintain social distancing - Use the hand sanitation provided and wash your hands regularly - Download the COVIDSafe app We have also implemented the following processes: - Reduced venue capacity - Increased sanitation and cleaning processes - Sanitising stations - Messaging and signage to encourage Covid safe practises Photos and Video We will be taking photos and videoing the show. This will in some cases include the audience. If you don't want to be filmed or be in any photos please make yourself known to staff. WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL!!!
