24.01.2022 Not a Kennel, Not a Pet Sitter - FurKids Retreat - A Very Special Place xxx

24.01.2022 Furkids retreat was so much more than a safe haven for my two cats and my dog it was home for them during our relocation from Victoria to Queensland In March 20...21. The entire staff were fabulous to deal with and Anthony and Lorraine were wonderful support for me and accomodating in all aspects in assuring my animals were safe and happy while we navigated through covid and border restrictions in our move . Safest of hands was a definite with Furkids Retreat they are beyond fantastic and finally seeing for myself my pets were definitely in a fabulous facility that I highly recommend. It’s a beautiful place and awesome staff thanks Ty-Anne for giving my 3 girls cuddles and care too .The move was huge with covid in the mix and the stress was unbelievable but I was so thankful that my pets after flying up were in the best hands in Queensland. 22.01.2022 R.I.P HRH Prince Philip - he was an avid dog lover. Here he is next to my cousin Paul having a good laugh not so long ago! (Paul is an internationally known breeder and trainer of English Setters).

11.01.2022 With the COVID lockdown and everyone cancelling their trips earlier this year FurKids Retreat continued to support our Emergency, Medical and Defence force clients. As part of our service we also promise never to leave a FurKid guest by themselves

11.01.2022 FurKids Retreat is still taking Daycare and Boarding for cats and small friendly dogs - we facilitate safe protocols at all times. 11.01.2022 Looking after a lovely kitty for one of our heroic medical professionals while he is in isolation before starting a new position at a Hospital on the Sunshine Coast. Everyone is happy and healthy at FurKids Retreat xxxx

11.01.2022 FurKids Retreat have now opened their new pet friendly AirBnB cottage. Situated next door to the Maroochy Botanic Gardens and Tanawha Golf Course. Only a few minutes drive to the Sunshine Coast University and local beaches. Fully self contained, 2 king size bedrooms with ensuites (or can be altered to 4 king singles). Spacious, air-conditioned/heated accommodation for 4 adults and up to 2 small, friendly dogs. $220/night. We will update our website with more details this week :-)
