25.01.2022 It’s not often we get older dogs in for daycare but this is Spookum’s second week and he’s still just as curious! Daycare can provide wonderful mental stimulation for most dogs, young and old.

18.01.2022 IMPORTANT - Coronavirus and Ongoing Daycare Services To Our Valued Clients, The affects of coronavirus on society have been drastic and unexpected. We have all had to make changes to our daily lives in order to not only prevent the spread of infection, but also to ensure that things can return to normal when the crisis is over.... The travel bans, border closures, and self-quarantining measures, while important, have had a a big impact on The Furry Godmother. Unfortunately, we are not caring for the numbers of furkids that we normally do, and this has made it unfeasible to continue running two daycare centres. Therefore, effective from Monday 30 March, The Furry Godmother at Winnellie will be closed until further notice. However, we still want the pats, cuddles and playtime with your furkids! Therefore, you can continue to bring them to us for daycare at Darwin Airport. Everything else will be the same - opening hours, pricing, and bookings via the website. They just get to play a different location, and maybe even make some new friends! Should you wish to bring your furkid to Darwin Airport, it is vitally important that you book ahead with your expected arrival and pick up times, so we can ensure correct staffing. You can login to the website and book directly using the link at the top of this email, or email us directly. If this is not suitable, we will happily pause your bookings for the time being, and we look forward to seeing your furkids again when the current crisis abates. Don't forget, our Pet Taxi is still available to collect them from your home if you are unable to get them to Darwin Airport, or if you are under quarantine. 08.01.2022 Winnellie Daycare Reopening! The past two months have been interesting to say the least! Thankfully, the furkids that have continued to join us at the Airport have had fun and made lots of new friends. With the NT Government's roadmap to the "new normal" taking affect this week, and thanks to government plans like JobKeeper, we are now in a position to reopen the Winnellie daycare centre as of Monday 18 May.... We wish to thank all of our clients for their support over the past two months, but we are looking forward to returning to normal!
