15.01.2022 How much will you save with the Government trainee wage subsidy? The trainee subsidy has a value to you of around $960-$1490 per month for 12 months and will be paid to you in full by Future Force on a quarterly basis, once received from the Government. (Note that the Government has been a little slow in processing claims but be assured that the subsidy is secure and will be paid to participating Host Companies). There has never been a better time and a more important time to... inject trainees into your workforce. This is a great opportunity to assist in the nation’s recovery and to build depth in your workforce with carefully selected candidates and world class training and mentoring by our Future Force industry-experienced trainers. There’s good news on several fronts: * For those Host Companies already receiving the subsidy for sign-ups post 5 October 2020, the subsidy will be further extended to one full year from commencement * All trainees signed-up between now and 30 September 2021 will be subsidised for one full year from commencement * The wage subsidy was originally capped at 100,000 places nationally and is now uncapped.
