22.01.2022 Our Future Shapers 2021 have just spent two days immersed in the insights, challenges, opportunities and stories of Regional Leadership at the Regional Australia Institute's 'Regions Rising' National Summit in Canberra. It has been an incredible opportunity to meet, mingle and learn from our regional colleagues from across Australia. It's also been a wonderful time to bond as a group. Thank you to everyone who has supported us to be here - the Committee for Ballarat team, ou...r program supporters and sponsors, our employers and our families who have held up the fort in our absence. 16.01.2022 Future Shapers 21 kicked off yesterday with a fantastic day of getting to know one another, including our treasured Learning Partners (mentors) and setting up the group for a year of leadership development. Fantastic to be able to gather (keeping our distance of course!) in person. Exciting times!!
