23.01.2022 Can’t wait to get started in the kitchen at Solunar and to start production of Fyfe Food take home fitness meals. Things and coming along nicely with plenty of activity in the Mildura Waves Aquatic & Leisure Centre as the hot weather entices everyone in for a swim. We are continuing to get set up and undergoing a kitchen refit to service the new production and cafe operation. It will still be a little while until Solunar opens, so if you haven’t already, jump over to the new social pages on Facebook and Instagram and follow to receive updates as we work towards setting an open date. Thanks to those who have helped with the transition and a special appreciation to all Mildura Waves patrons for your patience.

Good carbs from plenty of vegetables, capsicum, mushroom, eggplant and beans. All seasonal and sourced from local growers. #fyfefood #plantbased

02.01.2022 Fyfe Food is on the lookout for a new home. I hope to soon be in a registered commercial kitchen premise and operating by December. Excited! After a career as a restaurant chef and cookery teacher spanning over 30 years, I can’t wait to deliver a range of products to fuel the body rather than just stimulate for enjoyment, indulgence or pure pleasure. ... Or perhaps I can still satisfy all those things as I think the food will not only hit your diet and macro needs, it tastes good too.
