18.01.2022 Discussion Raw footage of a 1:1 session this morning in our shooting drill. I don't normally put up clips of myself on here. But i think it's very important that players get to have a visual demonstration to mimic speed and realism as it should be in a game. I show players what I expect and how I would do it in real time. So they can copy and get a sense of what needs to be done. I had a discussion recently with someone about how important is it for ...a technical development coach or performance coach to be able to be "technical" and know the correct techniques themselves which they can demonstrate effectively when teaching others - players can watch and learn in a visual manner rather then verbally to attain a better outcome - As a coach, I feel experience and being able to show your players and clients what is needed at a high level is is a major part of development and qualities of a good coach.
