25.01.2022 FORM SINGLE LANE / MERGING who gives right of way? Person in front even if on the left (except merging lanes who give way) SAFETY FIRST 1. Awareness and preparedness... 2. Check mirrors for hazards especially blind spots and do over shoulder check before merging. 2. Communicate : Indicate well before as if preparing to change lanes or turn a corner. ie 6 secs warning (usually about 6-10 clicks of indicator). 3. Hazard recheck. 4. Maintain correct speed. SAFE DRIVING EVERYONE BE CONSIDERATE AND THOUGHTFUL
