19.01.2022 Let’s take a look at why Chia Pudding is an excellent snack! BENEFITS OF CHIA PUDDiNG 1-Chia is high in antioxidants, fibre, calcium , phosphorus and magnesium! ... 2-Chia seeds are also a great source of fatty acids. 3-Chia also benefits the cardiovascular system, immune system and helps with digestive issues! INGREDIENTS FOR CHIA PUDDING 1-Quarter of a cup of chia seeds 2-1 cup of the milk of your choice- try to avoid watery milks if possible, as they won’t thicken as well. 3-2 tsp of maple syrup, or honey or agave nectar or natvia (if ur looking to minimise sugar) 4- 1 tsp of vanilla extract and Optional- sliced fruit, granola, cinnamon, nuts HOW TO MAKE CHIA PUDDING 1- firstly blend, chia seeds, milk of your choice, vanilla extract, cinnamon (dash ), sweetener into a bowl, mix thoroughly. 2- place in the fridge for 3 hours plus! Until the chia is thick. 3. Add sliced fruit, granola and nuts when serving! There u have it, a simple healthy snack packed with nutrients! Try it, we love it as a dessert!
