23.01.2022 Sorry for the lack of updates. We want to get the LAN going again, but everyone is a bit too busy to sort it out. It probably won't be running again until next year, but we haven't forgotten about it. In the mean time, there is Cooldown eSports Lounge that you can attend if you wish to play computer games over LAN. But it isn't running with NDIS obviously.
22.01.2022 We are now running limited private LANs for some of the previous participants. They are being run without a support worker, though support workers vouch for me (Leo) the host as being responsible. The cost is free! (for now..) Just provide money for lunch. If you're interested, contact me via this page to discuss!
19.01.2022 Long time, no post! We're still looking into restarting the LAN. It's been slow progress and I'm not getting much response. You'll hear anything as soon as it happens. In the mean time, our Minecraft server (Beefy Server Minecraft) is still running :)

10.01.2022 Hi all, Some sad news and a call for help. We're struggling to find an NDIS provider who can help us run the LANs again. We've asked two major providers, but they cannot commit. I'm asking one more but I'm not sure.... If anyone can help us run this event, as an NDIS provider, that would be amazing! As it is a great initiative to help people with disabilities socialise. If we can't find a provider soon, we may have to run the LANs without an NDIS provider, so just a normal event. But that means that we can't have a registered support worker, who can provide support for those who need it. Cheers, Leo

06.01.2022 Current management has moved to The Parkside Foundation. The new events will be run for youths, 12-18 year olds. Please contact them for more info if you're interested. Events for older people may be possible, but not confirmed yet. I can't speak for them, but things are progressing positively :) More updates to come.
06.01.2022 Golf with Your Friends v1.0 has been released! It's no longer in beta. It is also released on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Playstation 4. We used to play this game a fair bit at the LANs. We often had great times playing fun game modes that sometimes made unexpected things happen. I hope we get to play this game in future LANs!
05.01.2022 LAN continuation update: I'm in talks with Nexus Inc. Their Support Coordinator is keen to see the LANs continue :D But they need approval from the CEO and manager. Bad news: Our past event space (Woody's) says that they might be selling their old computers if we can't find a replacement host provider in the next 10 days or so. So the pressure is on Nexus!... But I've also been in talks with Enterprize, a co-working space. They said that they should be able to help us store the computers there (if we buy them off Woody's). So that's a backup plan. Still hard to say if/when we'll be running again, but things are progressing a bit. PS. A minor note about Coronavirus; If we do go ahead soon, we won't be running the LANs while social-distancing rules are in act.
04.01.2022 We're hosting a small private LAN party next weekend for NDIS participants. If you know someone interested, contact us by Facebook and we shall discuss. They have been very fun, the last two!

03.01.2022 Some of our favourite games include Pirates Vikings and Knights 2, Team Fortress 2, Minecraft, Codename CURE (Zombies), Sven Coop, Double Action Boogaloo, Golf with your Friends, Killing Floor, Left 4 Dead 2, Trackmania Nations Forever, Battlefield 2, to name a few. Look them up, they're free or very cheap.
