By no means do you need to take vitamins and supplements to live a healthy life in fact I recommend getting your basics needs through a balanced diet, eating the rainbow and listening to your body. ... But I personally love adding things to my daily meals that I know it will benefit from (whether it’s nutritious veggies or fruits, superfood antioxidants vitamins minerals..) So here are a few of the supplements I do include. All targeted to boost my immune system and gut health (which btw 75 % of our immune system is located in our gut !) Since I do allow myself to eat what I want, most of that being whole nutritious rich foods, I am also open about how much love my cookies, chocolates, candies considered which truth be told can sometimes interfere with the way my stomach feels! (Although won’t stop me from having it ) so I make sure I give myself a little extra boost here an there.
