21.01.2022 Not only did the proceeds raised from the GAPDL Members & Mates Day enable us to make a generous donation to The Smith Family but we were also fortunate to be able to present a cheque for $2000 to the Gladstone Junior Golf Club Queensland. Excited to receive a $2000 donation, we were joined by some very happy golfers including President Michael Robinson, Secretary Rob McBean and some members of the Gladstone Junior Golf Club. We look forward to hearing how this donation helps support your love of golf. We feel very lucky that we’ve been able support both The Smith Family and the Gladstone Junior Golf Club and we’ve very grateful that this is only due to the support of all those who helped make the 2020 GAPDL Members & Mates Day such a success. Thank you!

15.01.2022 We love that every year our GAPDL Members & Mates Golf Day enables us to give back in a small way. This year one of our chosen beneficiaries is The Smith Family and today we were very proud to present them with a cheque for $5162.41. The Smith Family were blown away by such a generous donation and wanted to share how this helps them in the amazing work they do. Here’s what they said This amount is enough to support the education of 8 disadvantaged students for an entire s...chool year, providing them with educational and financial assistance through our Learning for Life program. This support helps these children to stay engaged with their learning so that they can succeed at school and create a better future for themselves. The donation is life-changing. Thank you. -The Smith Family- Once again GAPDL would like to extend a warm thanks to all of our Sponsors, Members & Mates for their support without you this wouldn’t have been possible! Photo: GAPDL's Gus Stedman, Emma Plath, Leigh Zimmerlie, Susan Gaerth and Shakira Raymond were joined by the Golf Day Major Sponsor and General Manager for Sealink Gladstone, Rob Mitchell to present the cheque to The Smith Family representatives Carly & Rebecca.
