25.01.2022 CLUB SUPER CHALLENGE TIME Calling all gardens players of all ability levels! We need you guys to join us in the club super challenge. Everyone is welcome from Red Ball to Adults of any ability. On the 20th of November TEMS will be hosting the build up event to the super club challenge weekend. This would be an awesome opportunity to get a better understanding of how the actual weekend will run. Your coach Emily will be down at TEMS on the 20th to lend support to gardens pl...ayers as well as help out where needed. We highly recommend attending on this day! Also as a result there will be no match play so that players can attend. We hope you can all join us and want to participate and play for your club Please call or message us with any questions about entering!

11.01.2022 Gardens crew at the Katherine Open this weekend. While only 2 from our club competed it was a pretty successful run for them both. Christopher Anthony coming runner up in the 12/u doubles with his partner Layla Fulmanski. ... Also, coach Emily winning the women’s doubles in a close final with partner Jess Polack from Tennis NT. 10.01.2022 Gardens Tennis Club is honoured to be awarded the NT Tennis Club of the Year 2020! This year has been filled with a number of unique challenges, making the award all the sweeter. The Gardens Tennis Committee would like to thank all staff, members, sponsors, volunteers and supporters, this award is in recognition of what everyone contributes to make GTC the club that it is. Congratulations to Ruth & Jamie O'Brien, who were jointly awarded the GTC Person of the Year for all their tireless effort and work at Gardens Tennis. Ruth & Jamie were also recipients of a Tennis NT's Volunteer Achievement Award in recognition of all the work they do for tennis. We look forward to seeing you all at Gardens.

06.01.2022 Gardens Tennis is back on home soil! Thanks to those who assisted us in reopening. Tuesday Adult Beginners and Mixed Doubles had a blast and love the new courts. What a difference! Fantastic job by Bob & team at NT Sports and Playground Surfacing and the lights from Arealux LED Lighting make the courts 'pop'. 02.01.2022 Want to say a massive thank you to our wonderful players that participated in the build up event at TEMS last night. They had a great time playing kids from all the other clubs. Special thanks to Coaches Ben and Sam from TEMS, Alex from Tennis Palmerston and Emily from Gardens for being out there last night helping out and working hard organising all their kids to attend. It was a great night! Hopefully we can do this again soon. Now a reminder that next weekend is the main event so if you’d like to register please let Shiane or Emily know. Palmerston will be kicking things off with a bit of family fun on the Friday night starting from 6pm. Make sure to go down have a hit and a giggle with your little one.
