18.01.2022 Looking for Inspiration for dinner? Try our Italiano Spice in Spaghetti Bolognese with Hidden Veg! The perfect way to use up those vegetables in your crisper and keep those kiddos happy! ... RECIPE- Chop 1 onion and 2 garlic cloves to your preferred size Add a splash of olive oil to your hot pan and sauté onion and garlic. Add 500g minced Beef (we love a combination of lamb and beef mince) , fry until golden brown. Blend 1 large carrot, 1 med zucchini, 1/2 red capsicum , 1 tin of Cherry tomatoes, a hand full of fresh basil leaves, 1 1/2 table spoons of tomato paste or use what ever needs using up in your Veg crisper until a smooth texture. (If you own a TM5 (chop for 5 seconds on speed 7) Add purée to browned meat and cover Sprinkle over desired amount of Italiano spice to add that WOW factor to your dish! Simmer for 30 minutes or until mixture has thickened. Use this exact recipe in your lasagne dish! Sprinkle Italiano spice over the top layer of cheese sauce.
