14.01.2022 Nathan Crook hired my services to surprise his wife Kirby and her twin sister Jayde to celebrate the girls 30th Birthday at their beautiful renovated home in Mountain Creek, where they feasted on a 3 course Plant Based private dinner, it was my first of hopefully many upcoming private dinner parties to come, it was so nice to share my passion for Plant Based food with such lovely and welcoming people, thank you so much for inviting me into your home guys and to be part of your celebrations.

06.01.2022 So I had my first attempt at making Vegan Steaks, it was quite a detailed process but apart from having the fry pan on too high and the marinade going a but too dark they turned out pretty good, I do need to make some adjustments to get them to my high standards but for the first time they were pretty tasty. I made two dishes; First dish was sliced steak on a rich creamy mushroom sauce with sauteed kale and cherry tomatoes, then 2nd dish was a vegetable stir-fry topped with grilled steak.
