25.01.2022 Something to digest. When we started off, we made a lot of sacrifice and offered OJT to help many young ones out. We also managed to pay a little allowance just so they could be rewarded for the efforts. We have also encouraged them to use GEN PNG Ltd as the stepping stone to a more permanent job somewhere and encouraged them to save for further studies and other important matters. It brings us much joy to know that many of them now have secured full time jobs and one young... man has built a permanent house and came to work one day with a key in his hands and full smile. We are Papua New Guinean and we aim to build a better future apart from construction and tower erections. God bless PNG
