22.01.2022 Hello friends. Possibly our last market this year and definitely the last Melbourne metro market, due to selling out out entire stock! Come and visit us at WILLIAMSTOWN FARMER’S MARKET today and stock up for the summer with our luscious Capers and Caperberries. Harvest begins again in November
20.01.2022 The last of it. Maybe another week of water to keep the capers alive. It’s a good thing they are a desert plant... no rain with nothing forecast. Our harvest pretty much completed now, just a few berries to go. Then it’s just survival.

17.01.2022 Well our pick is peaking I’m thinking. Over 2 kg today. Guess we need to get used to this. Capers loving the hot weather. Our now traditional Christmas to New Year no pick period is yielding hundreds of beautiful flowers, to become lovely berries In the coming weeks.

15.01.2022 Hello friends, I am pleased to announce that one of the very best restaurants in Melbourne, Navi, have taken to our capers and are using them on their menu. Of course they source only the best in local ingredients so it seems logical that our product should be there. Their recent rave review in Gourmet Traveller is testament to their hard work and innovation. If you like fine dining or are looking for a venue for that special night out, I can only highly recommend it. We rece...ntly enjoyed a wonderful evening there, dining at the bar while watching the chef create the magic. We discussed our product with the staff and the rest is history. 08.01.2022 The first day of the caper harvest today. Finally some hot weather and they are getting going!
08.01.2022 Well. The new machine is here and ready to roll. All we need are some olives to put through it. Sadly the big dry hasn’t given us much beyond personal use olive oil this year. But we are happy to do yours! $1 per kg with minimum 100kg once I’ve cut my teeth on our pick. Amphitheatre has a contract mill!

04.01.2022 We had a pretty reasonable season for our olives this year. Also our first season of contract pressing for other people so it was a busy time. The machine and I got a good workout.
