14.01.2022 As the newness of 2016 emerges, it is time to check how our thoughts are going. Instead of making New Year resolutions (and then not achieving them) how about checking how your thoughts are affecting you. Make sure the good thoughts matter and bring them forward so much more and if this becomes a practice for you, the energy around changes hugely. So do yourself a favour and love you and bring some freedom of thoughts to your mind, body and Soul - just a thought (giggle giggle)
