06.01.2022 The GB warm up and cool down are built by a simple set of exercises that are easy to learn and help prevent injuries. They have been combined in a short routine that helps students get ready for the class. In conjunction, a common set of exercises have been combined to help students transition from high intensity training to a calmer mindset before the class ends - also known as the cool down.

03.01.2022 Most classes return today with our regular schedule resuming tomorrow (Thursday). As flood levels are still high we are advising all our students to exercise extreme caution whilst travelling and encourage you to stay home if your area is affected by the flooding. Classes will finish earlier than usual tonight to avoid having students driving in the dark. Please refer to the image below for changes to today's schedule of classes. Thank you!
