16.01.2022 Jack, Amanda and Ingrid Batchen - we are so blessed of the time you have spent with us over the past year(s). We are most sad to see you go but joyful for the next step in your ministry at Tuggeranong Presbyterian next month. We pray especially for a very smooth transition to Canberra, especially with little Ingrid. Thank you Jack for your clear message on Psalm 30 on Sunday. We are reminded to let our glory (when we are doing well) give Yahweh praise .. and to cry to the Lord for mercy when we are sliding down into the mud. To exalt the Lord regardless as you are our Rock and refuge. Have a blessed week ahead.

14.01.2022 Today Dick shared about Psalm 31, a song of lament. He reminds us that we can call out to God when things are going tough. We can go confidently forward because of Jesus. We can lament and let grief have a voice... as, What a friend we have in Jesus! Be strong and take heart... All you who hope in the Lord. Have a blessed week ahead!

13.01.2022 Just before Christmas last year, we looked at God’s evaluation of fallen humanity- The LORD saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. (Gen. 6:5). Bringing things full circle into Easter, the situation for fallen humanity gets so transformed, Paul can call us co-heirs with Christ. We put this poem together to chronicle the journey from condemnation to glory. It’s called, Rain.

10.01.2022 Thank you James for the message yesterday. What a big sigh of relief we can take when we read Psalm 32: "Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered..." What a comfort that when we repent and live our lives of repentance, we can "rejoice in the Lord and be glad, you righteous. Sing, all you who are upright in heart"! (v.11) Such a splendid Psalm to sing|read to each other Have a blessed week.

03.01.2022 Thank you Simon for urging us so ardently to place our trust in God! Psalm 33 sings of His unlimited greatness, His goodness and steadfast love. "Blessed is the nation wide good is the Lord, the people he chose for his inheritance." v.12... Let us rejoice that we are His chosen people, redeemed by Jesus's death and resurrection - and let us continue to wait in hope for the Lord. Have a blessed week!
