21.01.2022 SEVEN DAYS PLUS Although a drug and alcohol detox is technically only 7 days, we always suggest an extra week. It takes a good week to eliminate the drug from your body. The next job is to get well. So the second week is all about getting your energy back, replenishing the nutrients you have lost, sleeping well and getting fit.
