25.01.2022 New rear deck / alfresco area with poly carb roofing, merbau decking and slatted privacy screens

19.01.2022 This accountancy firm decided it was time to expand their workspace and also renovate and give new life to their current building. The main challenge being to keep the business and staff operating with minimal disruption. We added approximately 100m2 of new building to the rear of existing. The addition consisted of 2 offices, a boardroom, kitchen/staff room, and a large open area housing 6 workstations.... The business was then relocated to the newly completed addition allowing us to then renovate the original building. We completely stripped the old section inside and out including all windows, shopfront and roof. Several brickwalls were removed to create more open space and a large filing room was created. The front reception area received a new commercial glass shop front. A new verandah, tiled wheelchair access ramp and tiled feature wall completed the front. The original toilet/bathroom area was completely stripped and remodelled before we opened the area between original and new to complete a seamless flow through from front to back. The exterior was completely rendered to complete the project. A big thanks to Jarrod, Michael and staff for their help to make the project run smoothly and their good humour on the odd noisy day! We hope you are all enjoying the new surrounds!

18.01.2022 Turn your dream into a reality! This building had been left unfinished and vacant since some time in the eighties, when the clients bought in their dream location and undertook the task of making it their home.... After removing the original balconies we began the re-build. The tiled roof, gutters, facias and eaves were removed. The roof trusses then had to be rebuilt to todays engineer standards, before re-roofing with colourbond corrogated roofing. We also extended the roof line out from the existing to provide for a new balcony/deck area. We removed the front brick wall and sliding doors from the top of the roof gable down to lower balcony level to allow for a feature wall re-clad in hardiplank. Two large commercial sliding stacker doors were installed set down to floor level, allowing for a smooth transition access to the new hardwood deck area. An upper deck provision has been left for a future time with access to be from the upstairs attic. Internally we removed all existing walls, in turn opening up a large living and kitchen area. A new master bedroom with walk in robe was also created. The project scope changed several times throughout in consultation with the clients to suit their needs and ran very smoothly due to good and regular communication.

17.01.2022 We created a front entry to this two storey residence in Goolwa. A boardwalk was built through the front garden providing access via a bridging deck to a balcony entrance. A portico roof covering the balcony was built into the existing roof and an opening created for a new sliding door.

10.01.2022 August was the month for bathroom renovations! This one at Port Willunga shows the transformation that can be achieved!! The owners decided after 20 years they would like to have a toilet inside at their beautiful cottage style home. After a complete strip out we removed the wall between the laundry and bathroom to open it up as a combined area.... We enlarged the window opening above the bath before putting it all back together with some nice fittings and tile choices by the clients.

08.01.2022 We have cracked the 100 likes!! Thanks to everyone who has supported us by liking, sharing and recommending our business. Word of mouth is what keeps us busy so a big thank you!!!

The left side of the house we completely stripped back replacing rotted timbers then insulating walls and recladding in colour bond corrugated iron. We completed gutted and renovated the existing house. Thus creating a new home comprising of two living areas, two kitchens, a main bathroom, guest bathroom, and ensuite to main bedroom. The house also has two laundry areas and four bedrooms in total. 02.01.2022 The clients purchased this 80 year old cottage with the vision of returning it to its former glory. In order to start to restore its character the whole building had to be completely lifted and re-levelled. We then set to rebuilding the ouside from the ground up including removing and rebuilding the roof and structure. The bullnoze verandah, hardwood decks, balustrading, stairs and slatting to ground level were all built with care to retain the sandstone facade walls and give the cottage a new lease of life.
