12.01.2022 To all our valued customers and friends, As we face these trying, challenging and ever changing times we at Gearbox Express would like to advise that we are still open as per our PMs address on Tuesday 24th March. We aim to keep operational for as long as we are allowed under these ever changing laws. We will be doing our best to ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients. Hygiene will be of the upmost importance and any cars that are worked on will be disinfect...ed to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers before and after work is completed. We ask that all jobs are booked in and we are notified prior to collection. When dropping off or picking up vehicles all social distancing rules as set out by our government will be enforced and maintained. At this stage we will continue to maintain our delivery and pick up service with the assistance of our customers. We ask that jobs are placed on the delivery ute whilst our driver stays in his vehicle. He will then strap the job up as per safety guidelines once it is deemed safe for him to do so. Upon delivery to you our driver will exit the vehicle untie any safety strapping and wait at a safe distance for you to unload the job. We ask that these measures are observed and complied with for both the safety of our staff and families as well as your own. Unfortunately due to these unprecedented times and increase in demand to internet and phone services we are also experiencing some issues with our phone lines.
