21.01.2022 GSMC is celebrating 40 years of music making and amazing shared experiences for hundreds of young people who love music. We are asking past campers/conductors/ tutors to share their memories of the camp, a snapshot of the impact the camp experience has had on their lives as musicians and people. We are collecting video testimonials, written statements, and voice recordings as well as any throwback photos people may still have! Contributions will run as a Multimedia display in the foyer during the concert. We look forward to sharing some wonderful memories! GSMC 1980 - 2020.

11.01.2022 Dear all past campers and tutors, Around this time of year we would normally be opening up for enrollments but given the current uncertainty due to Covid restrictions we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 camp. We hope you understand and will assist us to spread the word for our 2022 camp when applications are released in August next year.... In looking to the future we are asking for campers suggestions on what would work well as a finale item. The piece would need to have scope to be arranged for a symphony orchestra with vocal lines that could be sung by a large choir.
