09.01.2022 Today’s the day! We are very excited to be back, however, given the climate we find ourselves in we have introduced some changes in store, for the saftey of our customers and staff. As our store is very small we are only allowed 1 CUSTOMER OR SMALL FAMILY (max 3 family members) IN STORE AT A TIME. If there is already someone inside please wait out the front and we will get to you as soon as possible. Please sanitise your hands before entering. ... Faces masks are required to be warn whilst in store (unless medically or formally exempt). Please respect floor signage and social distancing precautions. 08.01.2022 Dear Customers, To accomodate the current regulations put in place in response to COVID-19 we will be making some changes at Gelatina to protect the health and safety of all our customers and staff. As our store is quite small, we ask that only one or two people come into the shop at a time. If you are in a bigger group or there is already someone inside when you arrive we ask you to please take a seat outside and we will get to you as soon as we can. ... We also ask if you are feeling unwell at all (with flu or cold like symptoms) please refrain from visiting the store. This is for the protection of the more vulnerable members of our community. As always we will be maintaining the upmost of cleanliness. This includes regular hand washing and sanitising, the continual disinfecting of all equipment and surfaces, and increased vidulance when serving customers and receiving payments. 08.01.2022 With new restrictions being lifted today we’re introducing some new changes in store. Whilst masks are no longer required inside they are still strongly encourage due to the size of our store. We do ask that all visitors still respect floor signage and stay behind our safety line. Due to the shops size we will still be limiting the number of people inside at one time. This will now be two people at a time (maintaining 1.5m distance) or one small family (max 3 people). As we ...are sure everyone can understand, it has been a difficult time trying to follow regulations whilst servicing customers from two states, but as we are located in Victoria it is Victorian restrictions that must be followed in store.
