25.01.2022 It's nearly that time of the month--CHRISTMAS!! So, if you're lucky like me, you'll be generously gifted some sweet Cadbury brown. But don't let that sweet tooth go to your tummy, because that would be an awful way to start 2021.... You may as well be going into month 13 of 2020! Thankfully there is a way to restore the balance and enjoy Christmas chocolate WITHOUT paying for it in the waistline. And in today's video I show you how with this very simple technique. 25.01.2022 What Everyone Ought to Know About Staying Stress-Free in Self Isolation... The idea of just staying home sounded relaxing at first. As a homebody I figured it w...as just a matter of laying low until this whole thing blows over. However, with more questions than answers you’re likely in lockdown with more mental, emotional and financial stress piling up every day. It doesn’t help that there is so much uncertainty about how long this will last. Our normal routines have been scrapped. We’re isolated from friends and other support networks. 13.01.2022 Within every obstacle lies an opportunity... When I traveled Europe in February earlier this year I spent a lot of time reading. Actually now that I'm thinking about it, it was my new year's resolution to become a reader.... Every single person I look up to reads. They all *preach* how important reading is. And my logic was, "Well... I want to be like those guys, so, I guess I'll read." I got a 3 books written by Ryan Holiday for Christmas. They are all about stoic philosophy and they cracked my mind wide open. Goddam I love reading. Everything is just so f***ing cool. Anyway, so I was reading a tonne of stoic philosophy while I was in Europe and it is basically the attitude of "it is our perception or attitude towards a particular thing that makes it good or bad." A lot of the time we instantly judge something as bad and all that does is make it so. This was fresh in my mind when Covid hit, so I straight away started looking for the opportunities. And that's when I went on Facebook live for the first time. And since then I've been pumping out these videos to support my online coaching service (my Covid pivot). It was the best thing that could have happened. Now I've got this online coaching thing moving along and I'm helping people in a much deeper way that supports by pursuit for endless learning. Anyway.
