09.01.2022 Beer & BBQ Festival are searching for an enthusiastic crew of volunteers to help out at the Sydney Beer & BBQ Festival (SBBF) and the Adelaide Beer & BBQ Festival (ABBF) 2018. We need some friendly pigs to help welcome our festival punters, wristband, handing out glasses and programmes, helping with directional enquires and generally being all round nice folks! In return for your time we will provide you with entrance to the festival for another session time, limited editio...n volunteer merch and $30 worth of drink tokens redeemable at some of our festival bars! We will have a Volunteer briefing in the lead up to SBBF & ABBF to go over the site map and our expectations. And distribute your specialised volley ts. Hence, if you are one of the hundred plus thousand punters who have attended and enjoyed Soundwave Festival in City of Adelaide at Bonython Park / Tulya Wardli since 2008 or one of the thousands who have been gainfully employed by the event then please follow the links and have your say in the Adelaide City Council consultation process. Your positive words, however brief, will ensure this event continues to return to Adelaide and the squeaky wheel is drowned out by the sound of live music!

Due to unprecedented tickets sales GA and the UniBar ADL are hosting FIRE AID along with the good folk at Karma + Crow, the University of Adelaide, and the RCC at the UniBar and the Barr Smith lawns on Saturday February 1st, from 1pm - 11pm.... The line-up is epic; Pond, Bad Dreems, West Thebarton to name just a few! Everyone is getting on board and donating their time (the bands) and infrastructure, (staging, audio visual, toilets) booze providers and food vendors will be contributing a potion of their goods and time, so that more of the money raised goes directly to the CFS and the people in need who have been directly affected by the bushfires in the Adelaide Hills, Kangaroo Island and beyond. All we need now is a friendly team of awesome peeps - YOU - to help us run the bars, the gates and sundry. I understand it is a big ask to work for free - I am also working for free, so I get it, thats why we are looking for as many people as possible to donate their time to make this a fantastically successful event!
