25.01.2022 Since it was a bit wet for outside play this morning, we brought nature in with us- painting with natural paint brushes (leaves, branches and bushes) in a Valentine’s Day themed colour palette made for some lovely pictures! A great sensory experience and a nice keepsake for parents We still have 2 spaces available on Monday and 2 spaces on Friday. If you are interested in having a chat about your child’s care needs, send me a message or text or call me on 0432 591 505.

21.01.2022 After a few days off with a sick child, we are so excited to be back on Monday. I’ve used our time to clean and sanitise as well as rotate and reorganise all ready for a new week with an Easter theme. Can’t wait to see all of our families next week have a lovely weekend!

19.01.2022 Sensory play setup during nap time, all food safe (chia seeds and cornflour) for our mouthing toddlers. They had a great time pouring, mixing and covering the animals in ‘mud’ and then we got some soapy water to wash the animals clean. I know it can be a pain to set up and clean up messy play, why not let your childcare do this instead? We still have some spaces available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Send me a message to organise a time to meet and discuss the care of your little loves

17.01.2022 Is there anything better than water play on a warm day? We don’t think so! We love that our setup includes a range of natural and reclaimed materials to bring us closer to nature Still some availabilities for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday so send me a message, text or call on 0432 591 505, I’d love to show you around and discuss the care needs for your little loves

06.01.2022 This week we have been exploring primary colours through sensory/messy play. Young children learn best through using their entire bodies in the process so by including all of their senses, they were happy, engaged and best of all we got some lovely artwork at the end. Throughout the process we practiced language skills, discovered new colours when mixing two colours together and there were social skills practiced also such as turn taking and parallel playing. Not bad for our 1.5 year olds!
