Sweet as:) Michael Sweet (The michael sweet) - The Voice Of Stryper - Intimate & Acoustic at the Woolly Mammoth, Brisbane. Presented by Silverback Touring. Fri 15 Nov 2019. Michael Sweet is a living legend! He is, after all, the lead singer & guitarist for Christian metal phenomenon Stryper - a band that has filled arenas around the world & sold 8 million albums along the way! Last Friday nigh...t Michael, armed with an acoustic guitar, played an intimate club show singing songs from Stryper, his solo career, Sweet & Lynch, Boston, & even a Bon Jovi cover. There were stories, questions from the crowd, banter, lots of laughs, and sadly an end. Michael is an awesome singer, songwriter, guitarist, entertainer and nice bloke. Straight after the show he went to the merch desk to sign and meet fans. Nice! 20.01.2022 Nick & Reidy had a win in their doubles match yesterday in almost 40 degree heat! There were plenty of hot shots and didn't melt under pressure.

20.01.2022 This afternoon straight after practice for Davis Cup. Starts tomorrow!!! Go Aussies! You can see the joy that these moments bring to these kids as well as to their parents. Priceless! -Oh, the photo where you can see Nick's outstretched 'pink' arm is when he's giving a signed tennis racquet - you can see the smiles but not the racquet. And the letter with 'Nick' on the envelope - so sweet. Fans through the good and bad.

20.01.2022 Award-winning magician & mentalist Matt Tarrant surprised & entertained with his Honestly Dishonest magic show during Wonderland Festival 2018. He was captivating from start to finish, inviting volunteers from the audience to participate in the hilarity. A very enjoyable evening. 18.01.2022 Such a shame that Nick met a raging hot Dimitrov and is now out of the tournament. But he played awesomely well over the last week and warmed plenty of hearts especially during his practices supporting Camp Quality. I think 2018 will be a big one for Nick, so watch out world, and Go Nick!

16.01.2022 Pliskova & Out // Its always sad to see one of your favourite players bow out of a big tournament. But they all do it. One by one. All but one. So disappointment is a monster that looms around the corner for every player - every player that feels they could have done more, tried harder, gone further. What if? What if? What if? Sports can be a never-ending cycle of disappointment. Next time. Next time. Next time. It makes the elation of winning even more intense - not only fo...r the ultimate achievement of winning but for the averted disappointment of losing. And that disappointment can be crushing! I hope Karolína Plíková isnt too disappointed with her Australian Open campaign. She played some incredible tennis and pulled off one of the greatest upset comebacks in tennis history. And to think this was only the tail end of the storm. Thankfully it didnt rain, or at least it didnt at Mt Coot-tha. Brisbane city is in the middle. The straight lines & dotted lines are from planes flying into Brisbane Airport. 05.01.2022 Close Call - Double Exposure // As close calls go, this was pretty much as close as it gets. Stefanos Tsitsipas very narrowly avoided being smashed in the face by a cannoning tennis ball fired his way by Guido Andreozzi on Ken Rosewall Arena. It was a very fierce - but fair - body serve! And in another photo notice how squashed the tennis ball on the racquet is. That could have been on Stefanos face! Ouch!
