08.01.2022 If anybody has seen my ducks, can you please let me know! Holy dooley I’ve been flat out like a lizard drinking! So sorry I’ve been a tad quiet on here, it generally gets to about 11pm and I think shitballs I haven’t posted in a while (cough a month ) and by then it’s too late and I forget the next day... repeat cycle until I die. A bit of background on me that’s you might not know is that I also work full time, study and have two daughters and now a little kitten named El...sa. George & Co is my passion, creative, keep her sane outlet and unfortunately sometimes life can just get in the way a little of her progress. I’m sure all small business side hustles have felt like that at some point. Anywho... just wanted to give you a bit of an update on how George & Co is going and what’s been happening behind the scenes. I’ve been working on a little secret project that rhymes with schmody boil... this delectable little product will be available in the coming months and will be a perfect addition to the range of scrubs, keep an eye out for announcements!! The put her in the corner, naughty as a 3 year old that didn’t get her way Whip it Good Body Scrub is sitting her little butt into about 5 different versions of packaging. 05.01.2022 She’s silky, she’s smooth, she smells delightful BUT... she’s had a minor disagreement with her packaging manufacturer... The delectable George & Co Body Oil really wants to jump on your shelf but we’ve just had a last minute hitch with the gosh dang dispenser. Never fear, more are on their way however it just means that unfortunately we won’t make our Mothers Day launch and we won’t be able to make you the favourite child for gifting Mum the best body oil in town just yet... We can’t wait for you to try her but we just want her to be perfect before she goes out. We are so sorry for the delay! 01.01.2022 You know how we mentioned that natural ingredients can be a B word? Well this one has turned out to be B Mc B B on wheels. Don’t get me wrong, this baby will smooth and nourish your skin like no ones business, BUT, she is wild and will not be contained! Literally! She is busting out the seams of her packaging like a pair of DD’s in a button up shirt. Now in order to for me to get her back to perfect, I’m going to need some time in the laboratory (cough, kitchen), and meet w...ith my production manager (cough, husband) to test drive some new modes of packaging for this picky little darling. What does this mean for Whip it Good? In basic terms, we’re putting her in the corner for a time out so she can think about what she did and until she can behave better. What does this mean for you? If you have experienced bloating (who hasn’t) please let us know so we can rectify the issue. The product within these bags is still perfect and can absolutely be used but the built up gas pressure needs to be released (simply put, she needs to fart). Rip or cut open the first heat seal on the bag and then open the zipper seal to release the gas, you will then still be able to seal the bag with the zip but she just won’t explode on you. If she has burst her seams, you can decant into a new container or get in touch and we will replace for you.
