Because the tiles were so porous we had to put a primer surfacer as a first sealer coat then two thick coats of high quality roof membrane. The color is Dark Terracotta. This roof was peeling paint as it had not being prepared properly the first time by a competitor.The roof has being pressured cleaned of peeling paint.Ridgecaps repointed in flexipoint .Broken tiles replaced .One coat of sealer and two coats of colorbond jasper applied.
