24.01.2022 Hi guys hope everyone is staying safe and healthy!! Thankyou for everyone who has been coming in and following current covid instructions! At the moment I am booked out for the next few weeks! ... Remember business days and times can be found when you message via the salon’s Facebook page or, if you call and I am unable to pick up, the message bank has details of days and times. If I am unable to reach my phone and I do not reply straight away please be patient. I may be spending time with my family/be with a client/the salon is closed. I will try and get back to you as soon as possible OR my next working day. I highly encourage everyone to book in advance! Your more then welcome to book multiple appointments. (This will guarantee you don’t miss out/have to wait/or miss a particular day and time you are after.) As my books are currently fully booked I am unable to take on new clients. Don’t forget the salon is currently set to a maximum of 3 people due to Covid restrictions. Please wait in your car or relax outside until I come and get you. NO extras! Children: If are unable to find care and your child needs to come with you please let me know in advance. Or if your child is having a haircut. Children must stay in the the salon. Inside the home is strictly out of bounds as well as the yard. Keeping in mind the salon is not a play ground and children must be supervised by you at all times. Running late: Call if you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule you. Cancellation and no shows. Let me know at least 24hrs in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. This will allow me to fill your spot. If you do not arrive or cancel after 24hr period a 50% of your cancelled booking will be added on to your next appointment. Don’t forget to Pre book your appointments as soon as you can or after each appointment. This will ensure you won’t miss out! Cancellation policy: I understand Sometimes things pop up or illness. But If you cannot make an appointment 24hrs notice must be given. Otherwise 50% of the booked service will be added to your next service. 05.01.2022 Happy New year!! Hope everyone is staying safe! The salon will reopen on the 5th after a short family holiday :)... As of today the 1st of January 2021 it is mandatory to digitally sign in when entering the salon. With current possible covid pop ups in the shire this is a must do not maybe. If you are unable to sign in on entry please bring along your Mobile phone and I will help you sign in. If you are able to sign in your-self please show me you have done so on entry to salon. This helps keeps you, my family and any visiting clients safe. Don’t forget to sanitise on entry. This is located to the left upon entry. Mask are currently not mandatory (at this moment) but if you feel more comfortable please wear one :) Look forward to seeing everyone in this new year Georgia x
