20.01.2022 A new batch of our 'Sino-Deco' timber boxes is coming together in the assembly room. We're in the process of gluing a total of 64 legs! In a range of timbers, these boxes will become stylish receptacles for magazines, kindling, toys, whatever. We'll feature the finished products in a future post.

04.01.2022 Sanding. A bit tedious. Music helps the process. This 'Empire State' hat rack in Jarrah is very time consuming to sand due to its many surfaces, and the whole piece has to be sanded several times before spraying the final coat of finish. You can view the finished product in our gallery. Do you recognise the band?

01.01.2022 We don't just make furniture. These finials for a local homestead restoration were wrongly measured (not by us!) and made too short. Our job was to lengthen them, achieved by splicing. This technique with the Merbau timber should last a few generations.
