09.01.2022 No matter who you are, or what day it is, we're here to support you in all ways that we can. Today is the national R U Ok day coinciding with the International Suicide Prevention Day. This day is important every single year and promotes a question that should not be limited to being asked on a single day amongst 365/6. But it serves as a reminder that there are people who care for you and for us.... On this day, 2020, as we write this, we hope that such a question has been asked frequently throughout the year already, but there is never any harm asking it again. It's been rough on a global level, national level and on top we all have our own personal journeys too. We always hope to do our best in connecting our community and reaching out to those who need and want our support, today is no different. Please contact us, your loved ones, or perhaps someone you haven't spoken to in a while, and have a yarn. May the sun bring you much warmth from the outside and may conversations with others or a deep check in with yourself bring your warmth on the inside...
