25.01.2022 Half way through this garden makeover in Michelle Ave and to say the customer is happy is an understatement. The brief was to remove the clutter, and create a water efficient, easy to maintain garden utilising earthy materials - you don't get much more earthy than River Rock and Redgum chip mulch. More to come.

24.01.2022 Merry Christmas and a happy prosperous New Year to all my clients. This year has seen my small business grow to be my best and most enjoyable since I began in 2017. 19.01.2022 Such a great feeling - admiring the fruits of your labour! Nothing hard about the task (other than moving 3.5m3 or 14 scoops or rock by hand) but the final result and sense of accomplishment make it worth while. Can't wait to see this space with some plantings and/or large pots and other features to top it off!

09.01.2022 Before and after pics taken at today’s Pre listing garden tidy up in Thurgoona. Another example of small things making a big difference! This job involved laying some new garden edging to replace rotted timber, a few new plants and some black dyed mulch to match the colour scheme of the property.

08.01.2022 The Lilly Pilly is a great plant to shape into a hedge. Also known as the 'neighbours be gone' plant. When hedged however they can become heavily wooded and reach the point of 'unmanageable' fairly quickly. This time of year is a good time to cut them back. They are very hearty and will re-grow into a hedge quickly during the warmer Spring months. These ones I did today were very woody and difficult to trim as a screen due to the thick branches that had developed. ... As a result I returned them to 'standard' style in order to be able To take the required height off. With Spring on our door step they will spread and fill in very quickly for an easier to manage hedge. A bit of short term pain for long term gain.
