22.01.2022 5 rules to build muscle while staying lean 1 Know your body type- there are 3 different body types, endomorph, mesomorph, and ectomorph. Each type needs a d...ifferent micronutrient ratio to stay lean while building muscle. I am an ectomorph, so my diet consists mostly of carbs. 2 Eat often- Meals should be spaced 2-3 hours apart, increasing nutrient absorption throughout the day. This boosts metabolism, and keeps the body fueled. 3 High volume training- Workouts should be executed with intensity! The goal is to push blood to the muscles. Higher reps, but heavy weights. Don't be afraid to move the weight! 4 Add some fasted cardio- If you notice unwanted fat, incorporate cardio in the AM, before you eat your first meal. During sleep your body burns all of it's glycogen stores, leaving the only source of fuel as body fat. 5 Drink water- hydrated cells are healthy cells. Drinking 1- 1.5 gallons of water throughout your day will increase recovery, metabolism, and flush out unwanted toxins in muscles. 03.01.2022 Your life is what you make it Am not looking for anyone’s approval on my life style or asking anyone to be like me but you gotta be happy with yourself and you...r lifestyle what ever it is. I chose this life and took control of my own path and refused to be average living my life like a rat and racing after peanuts I saw that I can work little bit harder than everyone else and I can go to a different dimension not by getting high All it takes is just stop being lazy and giving your miserable ass excuses and start working on yourself no matter what it is your dream will come true.. My life growing up was hard and I know am not the only one who had it hard ... I never ate chicken more than once a day growing up and meat once a month if any. I walked to school everyday. My daily allowance in my year 12 was $1. I was so poor I can’t even list the things I never had. and not saying anything bad about my parents, they did what they could and what they new and I thank them for putting food on the table and roof over our heads BUT.... I Refused to be average and started since I left my house at age of 18 Long story short I must say it’s not easy... but it’s possible No matter how shit your life is at the moment there is always ways to make it better.. it may take a month it may take year or it may take 10 years but eventually you’ll succeed Go after it people and I hope to keep inspiring
