25.01.2022 ARTHUR || The second living space is a cosy and inviting space designed to sit back and relax. This room is positioned at the back of the property, so skylights were installed to create additional natural light.

25.01.2022 JOHN OXLEY || Introducing another of our recently completed projects - John Oxley! This property received a full renovation and extension to completely transform its size and layout. The biggest changes include moving the kitchen, living and dining rooms downstairs to create a large open plan area which opens onto the backyard. This now enables indoor and outdoor living and takes advantage of the beautiful outlook onto the National park behind. The original living room was redesigned to create the master bedroom and the kitchen has been transformed into the family bathroom. Swipe across to see the before and afters of each level.

23.01.2022 JOHN OXLEY || Kids bedrooms are always fun spaces to get creative! This room was designed for a little girl who loves the outdoors and adventure. The mountain scape decal creates a beautiful focal point and strong impact in the space, whilst the smaller decals balance the other side of the room. Decals are a great way to inject a whole lot of character to a space, but without the worry that it will be a hassle to remove in years to come.

The existing garage was extended towards the front of the property to create a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area for our client. This space creates a direct link to the backyard where the family has seamless indoor and outdoor living, with the most beautiful view of the National Park directly behind!

17.01.2022 JOHN OXLEY || A fun and feminine bedroom was designed for our little client! The calming soft pink tone is the perfect backdrop for the white birch tree decal forest scene across the side wall. The reading nook is the perfect way to store and display books whilst being a fun little zone in the corner of the room.

15.01.2022 MAXWELL || The exterior of the home now has the wow factor with its crisp & contemporary colour palette teamed with sweeping roof lines. The back deck is now a useable space as an extra living/dining area, with indoor and outdoor living working seamlessly thanks to the bifold doors and a kitchen servery window! 15.01.2022 JOHN OXLEY || The original living room was transformed into the master bedroom to create a peaceful room which overlooks the bush. The front balcony was removed and replaced with two windows to enclose the space in order to make it feel cosier and private.

Oversized features such as the large framed pane of glass and elongated vanity, teamed with mid tone grey tiles & matte black tapware give the space a sense of calmness and granduer. 04.01.2022 ARTHUR || Introducing our latest project where we completed a full renovation and extension of this beautiful beachside property. The kitchen was relocated to the front of the home to connect with the new private alfresco area. A pair of bifold doors spanning almost the whole width of the house now allows seamless indoor outdoor living - the perfect space for summer entertaining!

02.01.2022 Team Space Agent & Fx Projex did it again! Handover to our super happy Fairlight client yesterday. Two storey extension & re-modelling of entire property. Client: Its amazing, youve totally transformed our home! Build by Chris & team at Fx Projex, Project Mgmt & Interior Design by team TSA (Catherine & Leah). 02.01.2022 Introducing our most recent completed project: MAXWELL! After 6 years of the client hitting dead ends with various design options and builders, TSA was engaged to jump onboard for this super exciting project! We started working with the client back in Sept 17, overseeing the preliminary phase by engaging the right architect for the job, and assisting with the final design. TSA then oversaw the DA process alongside the architect, obtaining the construction certificate, plus ...project management and interior design of the entire build, through to completion end of May this year. Practically a new build! Our aim was to preserve and enhance the original mid-century modernism style of the property whilst creating a functional and modern home for the family. The property more than doubled in size by extending out on all 4 sides of the challenging site, including the build of a large deck that was partly cantilevered out of over a sandstone drop-off at the rear. We are so proud to have brought this home back to its glory where it so beautifully displays its perfect combination of 1960s charm and 2019 modernism. 02.01.2022 JOHN OXLEY || Who else loves a pop of colour?! Our favourite feature of the laundry is the beautiful blue Stanza subway tile splash back. The tiles come in three colour variations to create a subtle tonal change across the space!
