21.01.2022 Had the absolute pleasure to do a HIIT session today with this legend @seven.horses.co "H" has been very valuable in getting the Jocko Fuel brand out there and I'm very fortunate to now call him a friend. When I first reached out to "H" regarding the supplements, his words were along the lines of "If they are no good, I won't say that they are good". Fortunately, I knew that everyone who has tried Jocko Fuel knows that they are LEGIT and actually do what they say they are meant to do. 14.01.2022 Ingredients: 2 Scoops of Jocko Vanilla Mölk 1 Large overripe Banana 2 Large Eggs 1/4 tea spoon Cinnamon... 1/4 tea spoon Baking Soda 1/4 tea spoon Salt Method: 1. Seperate the egg whites from the yokes. 2. Whisk up the egg whites untill soft fluffy peaks. 3. Add the rest of ingredients to the egg yokes, mash in the banana and mix well. 4. Slowly add the egg whites folding them into the mixture. I do this slowly in 3 stages. 5. Pour the mixture into a warm pan, a scoop at a time, and cook each side for about 45-50 seconds. 6. 10.01.2022 I bought this typewriter about 6 years ago at an auction for $150.00 It didn't work properly and the keys would get jammed. My Dad who is now 88 years old was a Coal Miner back in Scotland and was also a typewriter repairman. He took this home and pulled it apart and rebuilt it. He wasn't happy as there was still one key sticking. He pulled it all down another two times and fixed it. Now it works like a dream. ... Scott is the founder of @veterangrappling He and the team are doing great things in the veteran community. We reached out to Scott when we first brought @jockofuel into Australia and have been doing what we can to help and support him along the way. Here is a very small brief on Scott. Scottwas a combat veteran with 4RAR & 6RAR, serving in Afghanistan & Iraq. He had a very successful grappling career as a fighter before joining the Australian Defence Force back in January 2005, part of the Special Forces Direct Recruiting Scheme. Starting Judo & Jiu-jitsuin 1987 he achieved a black belt (dan grade) in August 1999 & State, National & International champion spanning a 30 year period. Scott has represented as a player & coachfor Vic, WA, Qld, as well as the Aus/NZ National Judo teams. Scott was also tackling coach for the Gold Coast Suns AFL team.
